Staff were friendly and accommodating during my stay.

I was horrified to find bugs in our room. The smell in the room was overwhelmingly strong, triggering nausea, and to top it all, our room was not cleaned before our arrival. I had to go to the office for clean towels and was shocked to learn that our room wouldn't be serviced during our stay.

Big hype, little substance

While the location is serene with stunning mountain views and a friendly staff, the overall experience fell short. Slow breakfast service and lack of amenities like the closed pool left us wanting more. Our room was decent, but the unimpressive breakfast options and limited access to the lobby during late hours dampened the stay.
